Tarnia Nicol is a Production Designer and Art Director based in Australia.
Tarnia graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Interior Architecture before completing a Masters degree in Production Design at the Australian Film, Television and Radio School (AFTRS). In the following years Tarnia has worked on projects all over Australia and Europe; on feature films, short films, music videos and commercials, television and gaming.
Relocating to Berlin in 2009, Tarnia continued developing her design craft working on feature films such as Wes Anderson's The Grand Budapest Hotel, The Hunger Games, Kingsman: Golden Circle, Matrix Resurrections, and Industry (HBO). Since returning to Australia, Tarnia has art directed on The Fall Guy, Monarch: Legacy of Monsters (Apple Studios), The Bluff (Amazon) and most recently on The Mosquito Bowl (Netflix) on the Gold Coast.
